Introducing Good Good: Housing with Heart

Good Good is a new kind of housing company, putting people and planet first. Its mission is to reimagine property development in Aotearoa - shifting away from profit-at-all-costs and toward homes built with purpose, sustainability and genuine community in mind.

Common Ground PR was brought on to support the launch of its first project, Tūī Glen, into the market. We led with the mission Good Good holds dear: to be a thoughtful, future-facing alternative to traditional developers.

The founders’ personal “why” was important, as were Tūī Glen’s credentials as one of New Zealand’s most sustainable developments - including a bid to be the country’s first 10 Homestar-rated housing project when completed.
